My 19-3 Snubby
I recently picked up a 66-2 Snubby. Then the familiar longing for more took over. And thus spoke this 19-3 to me. Box and grips number to gun, no docs or tools.
Very cool, but they will never be carried. One/both may turn into a 27 as I am a recoil whuss. But this is a challenge for another day.
The price on the back of the box converts to about $900 in today’s dollars. Pricey in its day.

Good find. You've found a firearm that I'd like to have more of.
Enjoy.
The snub nose K frames that I have are a lot more accurate than I thought they could be.
I usually shoot .38 Sp target loads with them. Recoil and muzzle blast are quite manageable.

That is a pretty pair you have there sir. I have their twins in my safe. They are fun to shoot and their balance is second to none. Happy shooting.

They are quite nice looking! I have a 66-2. Recoils like a "PUP" ( did I mention it gets .38 Specials?) Works for me. Enjoy them! Bob

I have my old 66-1 2.5 that I carried and shot the @@@ of it with full blown .357 mags over many years (from mid '70's, had to shim for end shake, but it is still a monster. Still have it, loaded.

Very nice, I have several model 19's, but no snubby. I may have to add one to my need list.

Coach, well you now have two of the coolest production revolvers, ever produced. Congrats. I will warn you, they can become addicting.
