N-Frame Square Butt Target Grip Value?
Smith & Wesson "N" Frame Square Butt Grips, Walnut wood | eBay
Saw these on eBay this morning. Why such a high price for a seemingly standard set of S&W grips?

Those are "cokes." Run in that price range and higher these days.

Oh... they didn’t look like a”Cokes” to me, that’s why I asked. They just appear to be diamond targets

Yup, definitely cokes. That is in the lower end of the the price range for a nice set, from what I have seen anyway.

Cokes are a form of diamond targets.
They have a larger checking field.
Therefore all Cokes are diamond targets but not all diamond targets are Cokes.
The wood type is Goncalo Alves also.

Two minutes to go they are over $700. Says they were removed and put back into the package from new.

48 watchers, 23 bids, $705.00 was the winning bid.
I’d rather put $3-400 more with it and get a whole revolver and presentation case, but that’s just me.

Something must be wrong in the link I clicked in the OP; the listing I was directed to was NOT for original S&W cokes, and priced (no auction/bidding) accordingly. What happened?

Good grief, that's a lot of cash for a half cubic inch of palm swell over targets.

I think this is a case where at least two of the bidders really wanted a nice set of coke bottle stocks. I hope the winner has a great 44 Magnum to put them on.
