Clean Model 19-3.....$985 + shipping..
Nice model 19 someone really wanted.
P&R 19's 4" and 2.5 inch are pulling high prices.
I reckon that is not really a news flash..

Wow. I'm a buyer at $350 for these because they are 4 inch guns. About the same as the 6 inch. Now, a 2 and 1/2 inch gun will bring much more. Been known to pay close to eight bills for a minty one.

Looks like a beautiful gun! No problem with the price. Problem with not having the money.

Price seems a little on the high side. Nice looking gun though.

I recently bought a 1969 vintage 19-3 in similar high condition with its original box, tools, papers. I paid $835 and thought I paid a bit much then, but I'm seeing they're fetching some pretty lofty prices these days.

Think the price was a little lofty for a 4” even if it is a very nice example. Maybe for a 2 1/2” in that condition, but not a 4”.
At least that is my view of it. I may be behind the curve on current values though

How how long will that price, be a little on the high side? Nice looking revolver.
If I'd known about that auction I would have bid, what was the winning bid, would have been my BEST bid.

I often pay too much, since it's a matter of "I'm here, the gun's here, and I don't know if I'll ever see one of these again," but that's pretty high even for me.

If it had its box and papers... but this one appears to be lacking such. People want the older revolvers and some are willing to pay scalper's prices to get one.
