Smile old Model 60, Age? Thank you!!!!

Howdy! First time poster here... and I'd really appreciate some help!

I bought a used, model 60 smith and I've been having issues finding its age.

The serial on the bottom of the grip is: 621XXX. No letters before the number. I have a numbers matching box.

Behind the yoke, I see:
Frame side: Mod.60
Wheel side: partial of an H then an S. followed by either a "C" or half of a "0" and then 3975

Thanks S&W geniuses of the world for helping me with age!

Bonus: Any idea what its worth? I got it at a gun show and I'm not sure who the sucker was. Me or them.

Pictures would help. Especially with the value. But knowing what kind of working order it is in would help others give you a value too.

I say a model 60 is a 500 dollar gun. In decent shape. But I really really am no expert.

Probably Sep - Nov time frame 1968.
Depending on the condition, condition, condition, probably $500 - $600 with matching box. Paperwork & tools would help the value. Got any pics?
