Default Parts/Instruction Sheet Pics

Curious? Anybody recall seeing a parts/instruction sheet that came with the old two piece blue box, that showed a pic of a gun wearing Target Grips rather than Magnas?

Sure got one here right in front of me for a Model 19, Bangor Punta era, 1975 dated. It was obviously an old cut too as the stocks have the diamond center which went away circa 1968.
