The M10-6 is listed in the book as 1972 -1973.

The M64-7 listed as 2002.

Welcome! Copper wool and generous amounts of oil may be helpful to remove the rust. Nothing very abrasive or the bluing (aka pretty, uniform, dark rust) will be removed also.

If the grip is made for a square butt K frame it will fit.
