Model 36 Info Request
The attached pictures are copied from an auction site. An auction I plan to attend. The box identifies this revolver as a model 36. I have never seen nor could I find, in my little bit of research, this variation of a model 36. The "gold" color appears to be inside the cylinder as well as on the cylinder latch. Has anybody else seen this? Is this a "frankin-gun"? Value? Thanks in advance.

I think the files are too small (didn't know that was possible). My photo software won't let me "edit" a downloaded file that's smaller than 50, which it says these are.

I was able to get one pic enlarged. Sorry that's all I've got.

It looks like a "gold" finish cylinder. This could have been factory special order, or an aftermarket modification. Possibly some kind of anodized finish?

Thanks for the new photo; it offers a bit more to go on, if what it shows includes original parts.
The barrel appears to be pinned so 1982 or before. The grips don't have a diamond around the escutcheon so in or after 1967. That's about as much as I can discern.
