A few years ago I had forum member DWFAN restore a fine set of rare coke bottle grips. I later sent him other work and he lived up to his fine reputation.

I have heard that he no longer performs his magic.

Recently met a man who certainly needs a quality grip restoration on a rough set of cokes. Is there anybody out there doing quality work on our original grips these days?

Yes, DWFAN did spectacular work and was a tue artist. Unfortunately, he recently retired due to health issues.

There is a member on coltforum called swamprat who does incredible work.

I have seen photos of some of swamprat's work and it is amazing.

Swamprat passed away last yr.
