This gun came home with me today an very nice 27-2. It is serial number N184821. Anyone one have a good idea where this would date to?

I have two of the long barreled Model 27-2. The look down that long beautiful top strap is a wonderful one. Yours appears to be a dream and a good dream at that. Congrats.

I have a 8 3/8 M27 and have yet to shoot it.

I like that Long Tom - it looks just like mine except your grips are prettier.
That heavy gun is very comfortable to shoot and very accurate - enjoy it!

I have a 4” 28-2, a 5” 27-2, a 6” 27-2, and a 8.375 27-2. If your a shooter you will love the long barrel! 8 3/8ths are a dream on the range!
