I have two older blue in color, metal corner S&W boxes. One is for a model 66 serial # 4k61761 the other box is for a S& W model 60 serial # r109246. I recently made a post suggesting people attempt to reunite boxes with the gun they actually belong to instead of just putting any ol' period correct box with a gun. Whether you read that particular post or not, I'm glad to see more people trying to reunite boxes to guns instead of hoarding them.
Its my sincerest hope that we can at least have a bit of a movement on this forum to reunite boxes respective guns. Ideally we could have a whole sub forum dedicated to it.
