Welcome to the forum....
The number falls between 1978-1979 range somewhere, according to the Standard Catalog. Numbers for those years were: M100,000 - M130,000.
Smith and Wesson Customer Service may be able to narrow down the date for you. 1-800-331-0852

1. Get permission from the responsible adult.
2. A nice dinner and a movie would be nice.
