Default Model 36

I hope this is the correct forum, mfg 1961/62 and has 3 screws.

Your thoughts on this. Some surface rust, very tight, doesn't look like it has been shot very much at all.

Under $500.00

Thanks in advance, my apologies for the poor photos.

Have a blessed day,

Leon

Howdy Leon,

Seems a bit high for its condition, but....

Did you get the serial number? Does the right grip panel s/n match?

Best of luck.

In that condition I'd be MAYBE buyer at 375 and a DEFINITE buyer at 325.

400 or above isn't out of the question, it just depends on how much you want it.

I bet an hour of good cleaning would really spice that one up.

You’ve got a lot of posts relative to me, but I don’t think the experts will disagree, that you have to take pictures of the gun outside the cabinet for the image to be clear, and especially get both sides in photos, as 80-some percent of us are righties, and the gun carried OWB will be both more worn and more damaged on the right side. It’s retail-retail to me (high), so it better be undamaged.

Yes, I agree with your age/era estimate.

That, too me, makes it bit more desirable, but $500 is still a bit stiff.

Sorry to be disagreeable, but $500 is not bad at all. Prices are going up, even if our valuation doesn't.
