Default Target practice anyone?

Dug out the old 17-4 to give it a good cleaning. It’s going to see range time soon.

I take a 17-2 to the range almost every week. They shoot well!

That's a pretty one; I really like the dark grips!
I have a Long Tom 17-4 and like it so much I bought some presentation stocks/grips for it.
In fact, I like it so much, I've been watching for a suitable 6" like yours.
My gosh they've gotten expensive!

That is a nice one. I agree they are ridiculous price wise now especially for a nice one.
I looked forever to find the right one for me with the target trigger, hammer, and grips.

First gun I ever purchased when I turned 21 and the gun that I taught myself to shoot with. I sold that one and got at least three more 5 screws over the years but let them go to get something else. The one I have now I got at an extremely good price many years ago and will not part with. They are great shooters.

Which model are the two 4" you have? I'd really like a 4" K22 in .22 LR

I think with the incredible prices that colt's are fetching these days, a smith has been seen as a cheaper buy and the increase in prices these days reflects that. Take a look at the price of a Model 19 6"

Very nice gun btw. now, over to armslist

I know this is a Smith board but I personally don’t see a Diamondback as better than a K-22 or a Python as better than a Model 27 for that matter.
The Colt’s are beautiful and shoot great but better and for the money they fetch now? Nah.
