Thanks for the quick response. Any idea of value? The revolver they are on is kinda rough.

They are a little worn. If no cracks or gouges I would say $300 +. Nice ones $400 - $450.

Looks like they have all the characteristics, large checking field, oval shape of butt, and a slight swell. I dont know what nice is for $400?
I have seen perfect examples go for twice $400. With happy people on both sides.

I can't believe no one answered correctly.

Both

As Cokes are a form of target stocks.

I had the same thought, Paul, but decided not to post it.

If on the original gun I would not support separating them.

I wouldn't separate them either.

edit:

I can not imagine separating these from my 29-2.

I would never separate them if they came from the factory on the gun wearing them.

I recently acquired these Cokes for my 1960 6.5" M27.
I have no idea what they came off or if there were even ever on a gun.
Were S&W Cokes ever sold separately??

They look brand new to me.

Gotta love them

I sold a set of these on one of the auction sites a few years ago when a couple of guys got into a bidding war over them. Final bid was over $800.00. I was expecting around $350.00. I was very surprised.

You're welcome. Some day I aspire to have one like it. Minty guns are cool but the way natual, normal wear blends on the old S&W finishes, they don't look worn just beautiful.
