Default Help Identify a Model 15 Stamp...

I came across a Model 15 in decent shape, with what may be a Law Enforcement stamp on the left side below the latch. Reads MWDA.

The seller said he though it was a law enforcement stamp, and tried but was not able to identify it. Did not look like it had been holstered, or not much, no inventory number, no badge number engraved anywhere, normal light wear.

Has anyone seen it before?

Could be a Corp. or private security co, stamp, etc., rather than law enforcement. If you lettered it, you mind find a clue from where it shipped.
