Another Little Blue Gun, M-43 This Time
I consider myself more of an N-Frame collector but here lately these really cool J-Frames have been showing up. This M prefix from c. 1973 was at the show today and held by a friend under his table. From the appearance of the cylinder face and other clues, it is unfired outside the factory, or ANIB. I've never had one or these alloy cylinder 22's before so I was happy to take it home today.
Not a scratch on it.

They are nice little plinkers. I once had one from 1968 that had diamond grips.

Wow, that's a screamer!
Interesting that they began life as a J frame in 1955.
