I'm interested in finding the approximate ship date for a 19-3,
S/N 8K160XX.
If someone would help me out w that I'd appreciate it.Thanks Mike

Notice that I highlighted your word "approximate." These are just that, approximations. It takes a letter to be certain.

That said, early 8K numbers (up to about 8K20,000) were issued in 1975. Yours could have shipped that year or a year or even two years later. Only the shipping records will tell us for sure.

For a mere $60 the first year and $50/year thereafter you can ask Roy Jinks for 52 shipping dates per year (1 per week). In addition you gain access to some of the most knowledgeable S&W collectors on the planet and an invite to the annual symposium once the China virus is defeated.

Not sure where for about 16 cents a day you will find this much enjoyment and information.
