Swan Engraving?

A friend in our local collector's club asked me to help find info on a very nice engraved Model 60 no-dash. It's cased with a label for:

Swan Enterprises
For Discriminating Sportsmen
Engraving Scrimshaw Knifemaking
Cheektowaga New York

The scroll coverage is very extensive, including scroll on the rear of the cylinder, which I don't recall having seen before. I'd post pix, but that isn't working for me right now - will add them when I can.

Can anyone tell me anything about Swan to share with him?
