Default “New” 1976 M10-5 and his Grandfather

Saw this on Gunbroker and thought it looked very good for it’s age. Up the bid by $5 and “won” it.
A 1976 M10-5, near the end of the -5”s, I think. For 45 years old it is in fantastic shape. When I took it all apart it didn’t seem fired since the factory. No powder residue or gunk in the usual places and bone dry inside.

Has the backwards three ampersand, kind of kool.

With his “grandfather” 1905, M&P, 4th change

That’s the plan. Took it apart, cleaned and oiled it, ready to go. Probably next week.
I shoot all my guns, some more than others. The 1905 is in great shape and didn’t look fired much. Got it in late July and it’s made the trip three times already.
They where made to shoot, I just shoot some more than others. 😁

On a side note, the stocks on the M10 don’t match the revolver. From an earlier gun. Don’t know when, so if you K-frame is missing it’s numbered stocks..PM me…we’ll talk. 😎

Blued washers and a five digit serial # kind of interesting.
Maybe someone can guess as to what they belong on. 😳
