19-3 2.5 inch
Have an opportunity to buy a 19-3. 2.5 in in 95% condition. What would be a fair price to pay.boriginal wood drips plus other grips..

I'd love to have one like that. I've watched a few and sadly figured $1k. Prices are up!

They're very desirable. You're good if you can get it for < $1K. Depending where you're at in the USA, prices will range from $650 to $1000+ for a 95% or better example. LNIB will often bring much more.
June of last year I found a nice -4 with bananas at a pawn shop in Vancouver, WA for $535 - an anomaly.

I agree, you'd be lucky to get it for under a grand. Mine isn't nearly as nice and I paid more, but that's just because somebody tried to outbid me.

Found a 2 1/2 inch 19 with box at gun show a few weeks ago. Seller wanted $ 850. I offered $ 750 but he wanted $ 825. I unfortunately passed. Purchased a 3 inch 65 instead. Sold it last Saturday and purchased a 2 1/2 inch LH 686-1. That same gun show will be back in about three weeks. Hopefully the 19 will still be there.

I bought a nickel one with three sets of grips, box and paperwork off the classifieds here for $1000. I'd call it 95%+

Depending on the dash number and condition, I would not have left it there. Let's say a 19-3, 95%, you will not do better than 825 I believe
