A Stainless Day
I recently bought these two Stainless Smith’s. A 66-1 and a 63 no dash. I like the pach’s on the 63 but will be looking to replace the ones on the 66. Both are pinned and recessed.

You got a very desirable pair. My personal preference for these is get the P&R like yours have, it may not make a difference, but “it can’t hurt!” You know when you see those two cues that they were made when there was still some pride in Springfield. Congratulations.

Congrats, outstanding score with those two. I had those same Pach's on my no-dash 63 since shortly after I bought it in '86 or '87. After I dug it out of "storage" 8 years ago I put on the J-Frame Combats. Love them too. But no pin on my barrel.
