I have an s prefix model 28. Date of manufacture second half of 1967. It has target sights, hammer, trigger, and grip. It did not have the original box when I bought it. What is the fastest way to find out if it left the factory with those options. I know that typically a model 28 wouldn't have them.

Thanks Bill. History. This is one of my bucket guns, but, I don't like buying used firearms. I came across one in too good of condition to pass up. No box was no issue because I have no intention of parting with it. I am however curious if it was manufactured with those options. If I had the box I guess they would make it more valuable, but, I don't.
