Finish looks a little cloudy/worn.
If the mechanics are good.
High $750
Low $600
Dump the fake stags and strap it with the originals.

Looks like a nice nickel 19-3 that just needs a little TLC. Give it a good cleaning, then follow with some Flitz polish- gently using a microfiber cloth. To really make the finish shine, use some Renaissance Wax or Johnson's Paste Wax to polish and protect the finish. You can use Ren Wax on those Goncalo Alves (or Walnut) wood target stocks. I think, after cleaning, it'll be worth close to $800. Enjoy!

Is that pitting in the nickel around the thumb latch, or just grime? The grime will clean off, the pitting won't, but overall, looks like a nice gun. If it is pitting, I wouldn't offer more than $600 for it, but the M19 is a great revolver.

Remove the cylinder and grips. Take a clean rag and polish with Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish. You just might be amazed. Here is a 29-2 that I couldn't even get the cylinder open when I got it. It had several scratches and smudges. Ended up with only one smudge I couldn't get out.
