So today I had some time over lunch and headed over to a hunting and shooting supply store that I had not been to in years. The inventory had been expanded and this store had a great selection of Colt 1911 pistols and a few Kimber 1911 pistols, in addition to the usual hunting gear. Then next to that 1911 case were the DA revolvers; I almost got the vapors . There in the case were two good to VG 28-2 Smiths, a VG M57 4", and three pristine NIB 6" Colt Pythons! Bluing so deep I could see my ancestors' reflection in these revolvers. One has a flawless nickel finish and the one of the blued revolvers even had the plastic disk in the cylinders. They barely showed a drag line. Of course, the price of each was more than I paid for my Wilson CQB . Oh, and there was even a Ruger RH in .41 Mag. Heaven I tell y'all; it was heaven.

Hope you bought the 57. Pythons are pretty but I'll take a S&W any day of the week. Here's my no dash 57. Never regret buying it and will NEVER sell it!
