when I went to the gunshop yesterday to order my .460 xvr the owner said he had something that I would also be interested in, he pulled a 17-3 out of the safe anyhow the .460 is on order and the 17 came home with me. the ser # is 1K928** can someone tell me when she was made?? and also is there a book that tells the dates and if so what is the name. THANKS

my notes show 1971 mfg date..... great gun
