This depends on what you are shooting. ICORE shooters use the following: .45ACP, .38 Spcl, 10mm, .40cal and 38 super. They use snubs, long barrels and medium barrels. They use iron sights and optics. They use revolvers with 5, 6, 7 and 8 shot capacities. S&W is the norm, with some Colt's, Rossi's and Ruger's. Minium power factor is about 120.

I personally shoot a 610-3 with 180gr RN bullets and RIMZ 610 clips.

My advice, shoot a gun that you are comfortable with and have confidence in. Let the holes in the paper tell the tale.
