Here are two S&W's I got this weekend. A 57 in nickel and the 28-2 with aftermarket stocks. I have been looking at 57's lately and this one fell into my lap.

Thanks 10-6. The lady who sold me the stocks for the 28-2 said they were made by a company that makes them for S&W. I can't speak for the validity of her claim. I don't remember who she said it was, but maybe someone recognizes them and can back her up. They have a nice retro look.

Luckily, I have two like that myself.
Or I'd be committing the sin of envy right now.

I'd like to find a set of grips for my 28-2 I picked up a few weeks ago, too. My search for N-frame magnas at the Murfreesboro TN gun show was unsuccessful.

Custom grips were purchased from Big Buck Enterprises, Calhoun, GA 706-625-0008. Big Buck Enterprises, Inc.. Not much on their site. It says they are the biggest dealer of custom grips in the Southeast. Hope this helps. They would also be able to tell you who makes their grips.
