Guys,I have a question about S/R numbers. About a year ago I had the displeasure of having someone take a mod.60 from my truck. I did report the gun stolen to the police, but I was just wondering, if anyone new of any source, via web or any other place, which would have a list of S/R numbers or used guns sold online or anyplace else, that I could try to trace my 60. I know this may sound crazy, as I know and understand most used guns are not regestered anywhere. But, I just can not help thinking that my gun is floating around out there somewhere. When I see other mod. 60's offered for sale. I always look to see if it is mine. Just wanted to ask if you may know of a place that would help possibly find stolen guns. I have replaced my mod.60 already, but I would still love to find my original gun, I can not get it off my mind. Thanks for your read, and time.
