As promised, here's some pics of my new Model 64 No Dash. I picked it up at the Norfolk Gun Show this past Saturday, $282 out the door! I understand the tapered barrel Model 64 was only made for a couple of years, replaced by the heavy barrel version.
Since Saturday, I have run aprroximately 200 rounds through it, it is extremely accurate and the sights are regulated dead on, deadly accurate. This morning I was shooting Falling Plates (8" steel reactive targets) at 35 yards, single action.
Here's a pic of it in my winter holster, a reproduction Victory holster:
Ignore the portly, balding, middle aged guy in the picture!
This revolver may take the place of my favorite field gun, a finish worn Model 10. The stainless steel Model 64 seems perfect for canoeing and hiking in wet conditions.

That's a real nice M64, congrats. I'm looking for one also to complement by M64 HB.
Enjoy.

A stainless Model 64 at a great price! It should make a fine field gun, congrats.

I have two M64's with the tapered barrel and they are my favorite shooters. Believe me, I did not get either one for $282 OTD. You did real good.

Great price on a great gun. My 64 no-dash looks the same except I added a T grip to it. It is an accurate, dependable sidearm - and a pleasure to shoot. Thanks for the post,
Jerry

I have been entertaining the idea of getting one of these but have been unable to find one for less than $400.00.
