I love quality photography. A lot of folks here take pride in taking very classy, quality pictures of their S&W firearms. So I am opening this thread to encourage everyone who has artistic photos of their favorite Smiths to share them in all their high resolution glory.
Truly, a S&W Revolver is a work of art.

I have caught a little flak about flowers and guns, but I thought this was kind of pretty. My pre 26.
And it with my 27-2 and 610.
An old .38S&W and my Grandads first model hand ejector.

I don't have a digital camera, other than my cel-phone, and until the economy quits tanking and tourism starts to recover (and let's NOT forget the Mexican Drug War problem, which is also causing a big slow-down), I doubt I'll be able to buy one anytime soon.
Still, friends visiting me often bring nice cameras and sometimes take a photo or two of some of my guns that they are amazed to find in this backwater locale.
Here's a couple or three. Phil Roettinger's original blaster that he used on Guadalcanal and later Bouganville, photographed by a friend of mine who is an Edmontno Police Sergeant and who was fascinated with the piece and it's history (written up, thanks to Onomea, in thread; http://smith-wessonforum.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/5401039...231099232#9231099232
This isn't a revolver, but it is a Smith. My 3904, with a Galco Miami Vice style holster -- photographed after in returned from my Gunsmith who did a nice job two-toning the frame with that spray-on stuff from Brownell's. This one was registered back when things like that could be "arranged". Also, I had good friends at the time that could "arrange" it. Don't get to shoot it much, but when I can I sure enjoy it.
Not artsy, but for here, my home made K-38 H.B. built on a Model 14-3 using the guts of a Model 64 parts kit just RULES! Not another like it incountry, I imagine, and the cylinder is moonclipped to boot!

I don't know how "artsy" these photos are, but the revolvers are sure cool.
M&P .38spl
586 (no dash)
a Ruger speed-six & a Vaquero birdshead grip
Stainless brothers 63, 66 & 60.
Guns and leather.
Now THAT may qualify for art!
