I have a 6.5" Nickel Model 29-2 with ser# N 139XXX. Can anyone give me a production date besides Roy Jinks?

Not really. Only an estimated time frame. They did not ship in sequence. I would guess 70 or 71 time frame.

Appreciate the info. With the N 139XXX I was figuring early '70's.

Probably shipped more like 1973-74 time frame per the SCSW.

Thanks for the time frame. I noticed another GunBroker with a N 3XXXXXX Ser# and it was stated: 1975 - 1976 era. It would appear you right on!
