My 4" 500 & 5" 460 came with 2 compensators...one for lead and one for jacketed.
Easy to change if you received 2 compensators with the 500 "Kaboomer."

RGRDGR, your gun comes with the PC cylindrical style compensator. It is fixed, there are no adjustments for jacketed or lead slugs, just shoot it as is. Don

I also have a 10 1/2 PC model but it only had the 1 compensator that was installed. I like shooting lead and have been shooting only jacketed bullets in this particular revolver. Can I ask for a picture of your second compensator. I would like to see if I can purchase one from the PC shop.

Kamakeloa, the only .500 Mags that have interchangeable comps (gun has one installed, one extra) are the short barreled models and a version of the original 8.375" model.
If yours came with the comp that looks like a slotted tube attached to the end of the barrel, there is no alternative comp, what you have is all you can have unless you go to a custom smith who wants to do all the hand word. Don

My bad. I miss-read RGRDGR's post and thought he had said that he had 2 comp's with his 10 1/2.
