The only snubby I have at the moment is a Taurus Model 445 5 shot .44 special.
I liked it so much I bought another.

My all time favorite left the factory 3/1/1968
Mod 60
This one doesn't look like much, left the factory 4/1955 and has wore out several pocket holsters and still shoots better than any of my snubs.Pre Mod 36 Chief Special

Model 60-0. No pics, there's one already on here that looks like mine. I bought it new in 1971 for a bug as a 23 year old dope buyer for our first narcotics division. I still have it and it still looks just as good as it did when I got it. The accuracy at 25 yards is amazing. I frequently carry it cross draw while on a road trip and leave the heavier 10 mm in the console.

This is a tough question .... right now, the one pictured below is on the top - except it's now wearing a T-grip (not pictured).

My favorite snub is my 649-2. Good for pocket carry and quite accurate.
Followed closely by my 649, (not quite as accurate) and my M38, a former MI State Police issue snub with an alloy frame and stainless cylinder.
Can't post pics and should do something about that, I suppose.

My favorite one would be the one in my pocket.
Which would be a airlite 357 right now.
Hurts like all get out but will put 5 shots in a foot group at 10yds in about 2 sec. After which I feel like I need to go to the hospital.

My 4 favorites that get carried and shot frequently. The 66-2 is my all time favorite.
66-2 3" Ashland run. Ahrends boot grip #1
657 LH .41 mag with Hogue monogrip
27-2 3.5" Presentation grips
29-2 LH 3". Now wears Ahrends like Wyatts
2 favorites I'm taking it easy on:
36-6 3" 1 of 615. Now wears Ahrends boot grips
629 3" LH 1 of 135

Boy, I sure hope to be in the club soon! I can't wait to get a S & W snubbie.
Right now all I have is a Taurus 85 ultralight.
Nice looking but shoots terrible (or maybe it is me :-)_)

I think my model 63.
Cheap to shoot, Don't have to worry about wiping it down after handling it.

I am a competitive shooter and do a lot of bullseye, so most of my early guns were 6" or more.....In the last few years I developed a love of snubbies, and now have about 25 different S&W's with barrels 3.5" and shorter....
a FAVORITE is tough....
I carry a 340....and sometimes a 625Sc....
They are my favorites since I stake my life on them....
but then there's the Model 42 and 38 that are very cool.
My Modified Model 29.. that I carried for years.
An entire series of 29's 25's and 24's with matching serial numbers...
They all look the same....
The 8 shot RM from PC......
the Pocket Rocket .356 TSW 940---
wearing new Ahrends
and my Dad's Det. Spl....who could deny THIS Colt?
and the ORIGINAL, also from my Dad!
The list goes on......
Terry

I have had smith and colt 1 1/8 " to 2.5" snubs over the years. Hands down, I always end up with a smith J frame of some sort. Got a nice 642 now.
Just can't beat those little 5-shots. Light weight and reliable.

I wonder if a 3.65" barrel 1911 qualifies as a snubby... its the same size as the .44 snubby next to it.
