Pacific Canvas and Leather....
I own two holsters made by these folks, and am very happy with them. I have a replica 1917 holster and a replica Victory Model shoulder holster. If you are going to use them they are better than the originals. The originals will be expensive, the leather will probably be cracked and stiff.
My replica Victory Shoulder Holster has longer and wider straps than the original, and the 1917 holster is made to be worn modern style, strong side, butt aft. The originals were worn strong side, butt forward, very awkward to draw the revolver.
I don't think you can go wrong with these guys....

I was going to post a reply, but Canoeguy beat me to it. The 1917 and the Victory shoulder holster are the same first two holsters I purchased from them. I also bought a Luger holster for my parts gun. I have been extremely happy and they are great to deal with.
If you are curious, the Victory was bought for my truck gun, a 65-2, pleanty of room for the HB.

the cartrige box is awsome, amazing how people did gunfights without speedloaders though, but with semi autos and related guns life and death struggles have sped up a little

The one example I've seen was made in China.
I passed for that reason.
No other experience.

Made in CHINA ?
I assumed they were made in MEXICO...didn't think of CHINA. Thats the deal breaker for me. I'd rather spend three times more and buy one from el Paso Saddlery and at least keep the money here in the US.

I think they are made in India, not China...
Pacific Canvas and Leather products are imported, and the last thread we had on this subject I think the everyone agreed the evidence pointed to made in India. I bought a reproduction M1 Carbine canvas case from them a few years ago and it had a small piece of paper with it that said "Made in India".
El Paso Saddlery quality is better, just have to pay more and wait patiently, which I have done in the past, and am doing now, waiting for a holster for my Ruger .22/45. I paid $251 out the door for the pistol, and am paying $140 for a holster and mag pouch for it from EL Paso Saddlery!
The difference in quality between the two appears to me that EPS uses thicker leather, and thicker thread in the stitching.
I still think Pacific Canvas and Leather makes a good product for $40, and there is no wait...

I just purchased a 1907 Military sling for my 03A3 from them. The workmanship is good, however the leather sling was a little light in weight.
I should have went with a Turner sling

I have the Victory shoulder holster. I carry a 4.75" Colt SAA in it for Cowboy Mounted shooting and it works just fine, as well as matches the rest of my gear. I purchased mine from Cabela's.

A local dealer had a couple of the 1911 swivel US holsters sold by Pacific C&L a while back and they were marked 'made in India' in packages. They were 'new old stock' consignments so I don't know if they are all from that source or if in fact they continue to be India mfg.
They were nice heavy duty construction with what appeared to my eye to be quality stitching.
The P C&L was of heavier leather and a bit better construction (tighter & more even stiching) than a repro BHP military (British) holster that I got in a trade lot that was originaly from IMA (Internation Military Antiques) in NJ. That was marked as coming from China. Though in fairness the BHP repro holster was not all that bad either.

Hello all- I have purchased a Victory holster, the cartridge box, and a canvas holster from Pacific Canvas. All are good quality, and I am very pleased with each item.
