Default Ga-ga for S&W ......

Can you identify the item in the above pic that isn't a S&W branded product?

The red plastic thingy is a flare kit, that has a metal launcher with spring loaded firing mechanism. These are for signalling in case of emergency, and were made by S&W.

Keep guessing...

The spray is another S&W product, they made Mace for police use, but this particular canister has an inert training chemical, no mace.
By process of elimination, you are narrowing it down..... Keep trying...

Ding ding ding... we have a winner...

Whew... didn't think you'd ever get it....

All the items, other than the Tyler T, are S&W branded or manufactured items, even the hat, it has a hard plastic inner cap, for cranium protection I suppose.

The ammo is the original S&W Nyclad, made well before they sold the brand to Federal.

I didn't know that the flares or the spray were ever made by S&W but I am also young and ignorant and I think I just made a new buddy to fill me in on these things, I kinda need one anymore

Default S&W has done some pretty interesting things.....

They've done some interesting things, and licensed their name out for other ventures.

The pic above shows a CS tear gas cannister, they used to make a line of police gas accessories and guns/launchers to shoot them out of. There was even a marine "line" thrower made. They also made the pellets for their air gun line, three tins shown in the pic. They also were in cahoots with Fiocchi in the early days and made S&W branded ammo, rifle and pistol, in the pic there are a couple plastic pacs of rifle ammo (.270 Winchester IIRC), also Co2 cartridges for their air guns as well. Even the pocket protector is S&W branded, as well as the key chains. Even Zippo got into the game with their licensed lighters.

In the pic below, there are some empty cartridge cases for reloaders, as well as the licensed metal truck toys.

Can't forget the line of golf clubs made by S&W Golf company, a licensing deal that ran for a few years back in the 2000 timeframe.

So, that's where all the close-out merchandise from the factory stores went when they closed them out!
