Default Did he walk away?

Saw the same kind of damage locally on a 45 Long Colt. Sadly, the operator did not survive....the rear sight penetrated his scull. Scary.

Sir, that looks like the powder measure was set for 296, but there was 231 in the hopper instead. Yikes.
