Default Need some opinions please 629-1 or 629-4?

I have a low mileage 629-1 6" that's a pretty good shooter..nothing wrong with it at all, but my friendly pusher (dealer) has a very nice 629-4 Classic 6 1/2" that's caught my eye..I'm likeing the the looks of the 629-4 a bit more than the 629-1...

Here's my dilemma...since either gun will be used for range work and deer hunting with 240 gr SAAMI spec loads, which one would you end up with?

Right now, buying the 629-4 Classic without trading/selling the 629-1 is not an option (how I wish it was )...and neither one would be "collector grade" btw..

Any thoughts or opinions would be welcomed ...sometimes I'm such a "waffler"
Thanks!!

What's the cash difference....and what's the REAL difference?

I've got one of each, 8 3/8 & 4".....wouldn't trade either of them off...I like them both.

6" or 6.5" I have no interest in them.

Tough choice, if you plan on lot's of mag shooting then I'd say grab the dash 4, it's post E pkg so it'll last longer. I've got a dash 3 6.5" classic and love it! Just took it to the range last PM, very accurate and the under lug really helps with muzle flip. I've also got a 6" 629 no dash that I dearly love as well, has the classic N frame profile and is also very accurate. Like I said tough choice.
