Default Price Check Please, Model 66-3

Local dealer just took in a 66-3 with a 2 1/2" barrel . Just the gun, no box or factory grips . Looks almost perfect with a couple of minor scratches on the bottom of the trigger guard . Grips are a skinny stag .
What would be a good sale price on this ?
TIA, Nick

I'm thinking 450-500 would be about the going rate.
Oops, forgot the stags, add 100 if real stag and not plastic.

IF the grips are genuine stag I'd say $550-$650.00. Great revolver. Have a 3" 66-2 and a 2.5" 19-4. They are fantastic shooters for their snub barrels. At 100 yds you'd better be running if I'm shooting the 66!

I'd concur with the $550 estimates....maybe more if grips are stag.

Last one I saw locally, a 66-1 2.5" brought $600, no box or docs, original grips. The 66 snubby was as good as it got, and many are discovering it recently. That and the state of current production revolvers are driving the price up.

Buy it, shoot it, love it. Regards 18DAI.
