Default 3 inch model 60

The flavor of the month seems to be model 65 or 66 in .357. Why can't I find some 3in,60's laying around. Not at pawn shops or gun shows either. Where are they?
I guess people are buying in to the 20% more ammo, but to me I like the 5-shot and less weight even with a steel gun.

I found one in a police supply gunshop, it was a trade-in on a semi-auto.
60-10

I cleaned it up & put a set of factory wood on it. 3 inch Mod 60's are cool little guns.
It's a beast with 125gr 357 ammo though!

Here are some, with various and sundry other stuff mixed in. The two 3" SB 60's are different guns...

GF - that is one sweet looking M60. While I don't need the adjustable rear sight, I sure wish I had that extra inch......on my M60-9.

There's one at my local P&G. It's NIB as I recall.
I don't remember the price.
Email me if you want their number.

Default S&W Mod 60-10

hawgleg, I see you live in Arkansas. I saw a new one at the Bullet Trap in Plano, Texas the other day. These are great trail or SD guns.

Great Smiths. Here's my 60-10 in it's original box and catching some rays on the back porch with it's matte finish 36-6 cousin. Uncle Mikes on both. Best grips for shooting a J frame out there IMO.

60-10 rosewoods

36-6 and 60-10
