Default Cylinder on New 460 Won't Close

Help! Was just cleaning my new 460 while watching a movie and suddenly cylinder would not close. I tried to push it in and no go? I noticed the extractor was not seating flush so I pulled on it a little and out it came!! A spring came out of the extractor rod along with the pin which was inside the rod. I noticed the inside of the extractor rod was threaded so I assumed it just screwed into pushrod. I pushed the pushrod out where I could see the end of it however it was not threaded. Would appreciate instructions on how to put things back together ( : I have never taken a revolver apart.

Also should this have worked loose on it's own!

Thanks

Look at a schematic and be sure you have all parts and remember it screws together with left hand threads. Also Be sure there is no crud under the extractor.
