Default My Critters Got New Shoes

My 686-4 6", & his brother the 686-1 4" mentioned last month they wanted new shoes. So the three of us went looking ... here on the Forum First.. naturally. The 6" spotted a pair of S&W good solid combat grips that were posted by our friend "Twomoons", whom we've bought from before. He had "sucha-deal" we just couldn't pass on it. Twomoons is a real good guy & ships fast. They came in within a few days & boy was the 6"'er happy. In fact he went out in the back yard at midnight & cranked off a whole cylinder's worth. Then last week the 4"'er spotted a good solid S&W Wood Combat set of grips posted by "Scotter260". When they arrived the 4"'er just had to have them put on that afternoon. He was jumping up & down with joy. He was likewise thrilled at the quality of grips from Scotter260. In fact he also went out in the back yard and cranked off six rounds as the clock struck midnight. ( I don't know .. but theres something about that witching hour of midnight with these two ). The S&W Combats are so great fitting & have a good solid feel. The finger grooves go clear around the sides of the grips. They both wanted pictures taken with a couple of their "Speedo" friends & posted here among their many other S&W Friends.
