Default Nickle 29-2

I bought a Model 29-2, nickle four inch yeasterday.
No box, papers or tools. I paid $599.00 for it.
I appears to have never been shot except at the factory.
No carbon on any surfaces except the top edge of the forcing
cone.

Did I get taken? or was it a regular deal???
The last 29 I bought was a four inch blue, NIB (presentation case) for $400.00 in 1980...I carried it on duty for several years.

Excellent price on a very sought after revolver.

I like your forum name "Rule 303", my favorite movie quote.

Four years ago, I bought one like you describe for $450. Seized by a fit of insanity two years later, I sold it for $600. I haven't seen one for under $725 in about a year now. So, yeah -- I'd say ya done OK.

Excellent. I have a nickel 4 inch 29-2 and it would take quite a bit to buy it from me - of course if times get hard you never know.
