Default About those Coke bottles...

I'm new at modern S&W stuff, I only have one so far. Here on the site I've heard about Coke bottle stocks, or grip panels.
I've just started poking around in "The Catalogue" and have only found a little bit.
Were Coke bottle stocks used only on N frames? Did they stop them all together in the 1950's?
Thanks

And originally only available on "Magnum" chambered revolvers.
