Smile J-frame coming home

Just yesterday, a good old buddy (truly a non-gunner) expressed interest in a home defense 12 gauge shotgun. I've an extra to trade him.

He's giving me a S&W Airweight revolver that I sold to him (unfired/NIB) about 17 years ago, and he has not fired it, either. The exciting part is.....I have NO idea what model it is, as I've not seen it in 17 years, and he has no clue, other that it IS an Airweight/+P marked and stainless. Box/papers, etc. are included.

Here's hoping (praying!) that it's one of the 638's I favored back then. Please please pretty please!

I'll find out in T-minus five hours. Like Christmas, in April.

Ok, so it's my old (still unfired) 637, oh well.

It's home, and still pristine....ya'll know what they look like.
