Default Front and rear night sights for a J-frame with adjustable rear?

I have a Model 60 3" with the adjustible rear sight and I want a set of night sights. I have searched the web and found nothing. It has the pinned front sight and I have been able to find that replacement, but not the rear adjustible sights. I notice companies like Meprolite sell K and L frame sets, but no J.

Anyone found anything or know if a K or L frame rear sight is interchangable?

Thanks.
