Default My S&W Dream Gun

Checking out the S&W website looking for something else I found my dream gun. In the engraved guns section they have this beautiful Model 60. At just under $2,400 I may have to wait a while before I get one. But that gun is definitely in my future. I also plan on having the grips laser engraved for when my daughter gets it. Grip pattern? Her name is Rose. You figure it out.

That one's a real beaut. Would make a great EDC pocket gun.

Sure would be nice to have extra money with nothing to spend it, no bills, no credit card, no mortgage(?), all vehicles paid off and just extra money laying around to buy a $2400 revolver.
Good Luck

I'm not one to wax poetic re the beauty of a firearm, but... wow. Does anyone ever actually fire a gun like this??

It would at my house. Guns are for using.

Once in a while on one of the auction or sale sites I see a M-29 with engraving. I'm tempted but have not yet jumped. One of these days my wife will look at the check book and say $999.99!!!! You've put down groceries at Bill's gun shop, AGAIN! What kind of groceries are 4" 29 nickel coke with presentation case. "Dear it's food for the soul" will be the reply.

Initially, I liked it too! Then I realized I could have a lot better engraving done on a stock 60/640 for considerably less.
