Default Yeah but its my 586

I know it,heck it doesnt really suit yours or my tastes but i was bored! I dolled this gun up while waiting for a friend of mine to show up one night. I did the gold work, and the grips are authentic sterling silver. I did this a long time ago and its about time I show everyone here. Dont laugh too hard!

It has been said before but needs repeating:

Guns and alcohol do not mix!

No drinking and handling firearms at the same time. Now go and sin no more!!

Just kidding

If you're ever in the position of having to make a choice........KEEP THE WIFE! Seriously, the gun is kinda attractive, in a gaudy way.

Nice work by the way.

"No drinking and handling firearms at the same time."

Booze hell !!!!!!!! It looks like some serious drugs were involved in this one.

My 586 jumped out of my holster and ran from the room screaming "my eyes....my eyes".

IMHO this is not pimped...... this is total ghetto.

I'm sorry I just don't care for it, but as you said it's your 586 and if you like it good for you.

Well my take is you have to have fun with stuff. No I dont really like it but its a conversation piece, well maybe just a piece. The point is I believe in having fun with my guns, and Im not afraid to experiment either. I have owned and still own just about every gun I ever wanted and Im just a poor lower middle class guy with a sense of humor! Some people wont get it and thats fine, wait till I do a reg mag that way,man Im sure I wont here the end of it!

....where to start? ....what to say?
Man, that's like putting a rhinestone studded collar and a pink-knit sweater on a doberman pincher. It...it's ...like it's poodled-out, man. That is a M586. It is suppose to be a no-BS, hard-azzed, man-sized, chew-em-up and spit-em-out working gun.
And what is more amazing is that such a classy and attractive lady would allow herself to be included with that...that, wimped-out, prolly only shoots 38 specials, 357 magnum wanna-be. (...sigh) Some things just aint right.

But I digress. Thanks for posting; it makes me appreciate my L-frames a bit more. And who knows; maybe gold-washed cylinder flutes will indeed be the cats-*** one of these days. -S2

Well, I bought a large amount of grips from a retired border patrol agent and there were 2 pairs of sterling grips. I had bought the gun and figured it would be a good shooter. The pistol had some real ****** busted up rubber boots on so I figured I would use a pair of grips that I bought. The gun was in rough dirty shape,so after I cleaned it up I thought I would take it a step further. I wasnt aafraid of messing anything up and was willing to take a chance. Every now and then its ok to get carried away! Thanks for all the input.

Default Ultimate BarBQ Pistol

Heh, its your gun, dress it like you want to. Gold makes anything look better. It will still bark just as loud.
