I have a 3" 625 and love it. N-frames are great. Getting to the high end of value though. Appears to be in good shape. Depends on how bad you want one.

Hi, and welcome. First, it's ok to post the website and the listing number but not the link itself...the moderator will be along to tell you shortly .
It's a nice gun, but I think $800 is about as high as I would go if I were interested. It's generally regarded as one of the best .45 ACP N frames for all-around use. Hope this is helpful.

It's ok...I''m not the Forum enforcer. Really!
You can post the listing number so people can still look it up also.

You've got to be real careful what you buy off GB. The guy only has 37 feedbacks & several negatives. At the $800.00 price & his feedback i would probably pass him by myself. A lot of Gun Dealers (Stores & Authorized S&W Dealers) sell on GB. But still theres a lot of non-dealers who are good.. Look over on the Guns FS/FT Section here also. Best of luck.

I have a 625-6 .45 ACP with 5" barrel. It is as good as it gets. It will group under 1" at 25 yards and can be loaded successfully with mild target loads or a 250 gr Keith at 900+fps:
Every good gun needs good ammo. This carries a 200 gr Hollow Point bullet from a MiHec mould. I load these at 1000 fps for excellent expansion. Further, if you fill the hollow points with garlic they work especially well on werewolves(LOL).
If you want or need ammo for deer, hogs, or black bear then the NOE 454424 250 gr Keith at 900+fps will do the job:

I just paid $800 for very lightly used 625-6.
Maybe too much, but I have been putting it off too long.
Wish I had bought it years ago.
