Default My sunday M629-2 3" purchase need date please

Just bought this beauty from a local private sell today. Revolver is in excellent condition, but I know the grips got to go. The serial # is BBF 66XX can someone please help me out with a date of manufactured on this monster??
Also can it be a Lew Horton? I am going to call the LH Shop tomorrow. If anyone out there has a nice set of combatt grips for sale hit me up..

The SCSW says there was a special run of 5000 for Lew Horton with 3" barrel made in 1985 but it says they were M629-1s with ANCxxx prefix serial numbers.
I don't see any mention of M629-2 with 3" barrels. Maybe someone here knows more about it.
Good looking gun.

Nice find. I have one of the ANC ser. -1's. Don't throw the Pachy's away. For show the wood is nice but if you plan on shooting full-house magnums you'll quickly understand. I put a set of wood (I think Hogue makes them) Jerry Miculek competition grips on mine (Dillon sells them for $68.00) and they are great for carry as well as shooting. I'll see if I can find the pic.
Here ya go, very comfortable.
