Default 325PD?

I'm seriously eyeballing a 325 PD in an LGS and just wondering how well they hold up vs steel.

Never owned a scandium or Ti gun. I understand they must be cleaned carefully.

No strength problems with the Sc frames.

Some of the magnums models have had issues with flame cutting of the top strap's blast shield, after extensive use, but the 45 ACP wouldn't have that problem.

Watch for bullets jumping crimp when using hot loads in these lightweight revolvers.

.

45 Supers are a blast in my 325NG

I haven't own a 45 ACP with a Ti cylinder. But, since 45 ACP isn't a magnum cartridge that uses magnum powders like H-110, or Winchester 296, you won't have to worry about cylinder erosion.

Just don't use any abrasive solvents or brushes and you'll be fine. S&W states that Hoppe's Elite Gun Cleaner is good to go with the Ti cylinders. So, I only use that and nylon brushes on them.
